Orders & Returns

Orders placed by 2pm Monday through Saturday will be packaged and likely shipped the same day and in some cases, we even ship orders received after 2pm! Orders placed on Sunday will be shipped on Monday as our shipping carriers don't pick up packages on Sunday.

We only accept orders online through this website, but if you have questions or concerns you can call the store at 561-848-0678. Phone orders are no longer accepted.

We try to make it as easy to shop as possible, so we take almost every major form of payment. On our online store, you can pay securely with major credit cards including American Express and Discover, along with digital payment methods like PayPal, ApplePay, Google Wallet and ShopPay. We do not take payment over the phone, nor do we take checks.

Payment Methods

We offer no-hassle, 30-day returns, but some conditions do apply. We will accept new, unused and unworn merchandise, when accompanied with the original packaging. Once an item is used in water, it can no longer be returned. A receipt is not necessary. Items on sale or marked as clearance are final sale, and refunds will not be given. Return labels are not issued unless there was an error on our part. If you are local, you can return items bought online directly to the store. If you are not local, you can notify us of your intention to make a return or exchange through the emails you received when placing your online order, or even better you can call the shop to let us know you intend to return something and receive further instructions on how to proceed. When shipping something back to us, please include a note with information such as your first and last name, phone number and/or email address, order number, and details of why you are returning the item. Please don't write it on the outside of the box, as writing and labels on the outside of the box can be damaged and unreadable. Any boxes returned without information included, can endure significant processing times.

For products manufactured by Florida Freedivers, we will honor our warranties directly. For other products, we will attempt to facilitate warranty issues on behalf of the customer. Please remember that for products that we don't manufacture, we can only faciliate the warranty but cannot force the manufacturer to honor all warranty claims.

Viewing Orders
When you buy online, your orders will be saved under your email address. You can refer to the emails you received during your purchase to access your orders. In addition, if you create an account on Florida Freedivers' website, you can access all your prior orders and update your shipping, billing and personal information.
