OVERWEIGHT PACKAGES

On some products, such as weights, or orders containing many oddly shaped items requiring large boxes, there may be extra shipping costs. These costs are not calculated at checkout for a variety of reasons. When you place your order online, the flat rate shipping and expedited shipping costs do not factor in overweight or oversized boxes. At the time your product is prepared to ship, we will contact you with a reasonable and accurate updated shipping cost, which we will collect before shipment.

STORE PICKUP

If you are local to our location, you can select the option to have your order picked, packaged and ready for pickup at our location. There is no charge for this option.

DOMESTIC ORDERS excluding ALASKA AND HAWAII

Florida Freedivers offers easy, inexpensive flat rate shipping in the United States. Pay one price for shipping on any purchase or choose a slightly higher rate for expedited shipping. Unfortunately, this sometimes does not apply to orders for lead weights, or some very large and hard-to-package items.

With flat rate shipping, we use computer software to find the least expensive, fastest way for your to receive your purchase. Typically, this is USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground for orders in the United States. Some packages may require an adult signature.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & DOMESTIC ORDERS TO ALASKA AND HAWAII

Unfortunately, due to varying weights, duties, tariffs and other international shipping laws, we are unable to offer shipping on international orders. With domestic orders to Alaska and Hawaii, we are unable to even quote shipping until we box, weigh and measure an order. In these cases, choose flat rate shipping. If the actual cost of shipping varies from the flat rate, we will contact you and inform you of either a refund of excess shipping or to collect additional shipment charges. If the shipping options aren't to your satisfaction, you have the option of a complete refund.

SHIPPING ISSUES

If an item is shipped and returned because it is not deliverable due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for shipping both ways. We apologize.

If the product is returned because the freight company could not reach the customer, this will be considered a return, and the order will be subject to our regular return policies.

DAMAGED PACKAGES

If, upon inspection of a shipment, the product is visibly damaged, call us while the driver is still there! Please open the package upon receipt, before the driver leaves if possible, and inspect for damages. If you discover damage upon opening the box, call us right away. Doing these things will expedite receipt of a replacement product on your end, and reimbursement from the shipping company on our end.
