Course Prerequisites
- Completion of a prior Freediver course - or - have freediving experience and can dive to depths between 20 and 99 feet with relative comfort
- Have a breath-hold of one minute or longer
- Good health and fitness
- 12 years of age with guardian permission
Required Equipment:
- Mask, snorkel, fins, preferable freediving specific but not required
- Appropriate wetsuit or other protection
- Weight belt and weights
- Stopwatch or freedive computer
- Some rental gear is available for courses
